Washi tape challenge

Hi everyone, faced with the ubiquity of washi tape we have decided to have a little blog hop in its honour. Here’s the card I’ve made for #docraftsmonday using turquoise washi tape that came free with one of the issues of docrafts Creativity magazine, silver glitter tape from the docrafts Forever Friends range, a Bare Basics wooden ‘hello’ and some Stampin’ Up honeycomb embellishments.

To make the circle I drew round one of my circle dies onto white card then layered tape over in strips to cover it. I die cut where I had made the pencil circle (I could just about see it under the turquoise tape) then adhered it to a kraft card base that I’d decorated with strips of washi tape. Then I just added the wooden ‘hello’ with tacky glue and the self-adhesive honeycombs.

Hop around to see what the others have been doing with washi tape!
