Newbury craft fair

Hi everyone! This lovely sunny weekend I went to an excellent craft fair at Newbury Racecourse, hosted by Artstamps. There were lots of stands there full of lovely paper and card, ribbons, toppers, stamps, dies, embossing folders – everything you could ever want for your craft stash! I spent hours wandering round (barging old women out the way) and buying lots of pretty things.

I bought two packs of Kaisercraft Christmas stickers (10 sheets), as well as this pretty Christmas robin embossing folder and Memory Box paper.

So this morning, in the 28 degree heat, wearing a bikini, I made a Christmas card.

My mum bought a Graphic 45 Bird Song paper stack (soooo pretty) so I traded some stickers for two sheets of paper.

The paper at the front came in a pack of 10 sheets of card that I bought for just £1. Here’s the card I made:

Graphic 45 paper is lovely to work with – very good quality. It’s a shame it’s double sided and you can’t always take advantage of both sides! I also bought my own Graphic 45 Nutcracker paper stack – more on that next time. It’s a pricey brand, but the papers are so beautiful it’s hard to resist. And it costs even more for us Brits as it’s an American brand and has to be imported!
